We are thrilled that you want to join us in our first annual fitness festival!

It is important that you approach these classes with an understanding that the instructors cannot see you or make corrections in your form or choose the correct effort level for you. So, it is up to you to manage those for yourself. By submitting your name and email to us you agree to the following terms:

Informed Consent
Inherently, all physical activities carry physical risks. These risks will vary between individuals based on their current health status, previous knowledge of the particular activity, and their own choice to participate in, or continue to participate in, any particular activity. You may at any time choose to not do a particular movement.

Liability Waiver
Additionally, since I may choose to do or not do any exercise or movement, I release Jiva Fitness and all instructors and organizations connected with Easton FitFest 2020 from any negligent acts.

I have read, understand, agree with, and assume the risk of participation of any or all of the activities at Easton FitFest 2020.
