What's the Tea at Jiva?
​Gentle Yoga Is Back! Wednesdays at 6pm
Oh yoga, how we've missed you. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or rediscovering the fundamentals of yoga, this gentle yoga class, led by RYT500 Loring, offers the chance to explore the practice at your own pace. You will flow through a variety of basic poses, connecting mind, breath, and body in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Embrace the opportunity to cultivate self-awareness, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being. No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to discover the benefits and beauty of yoga.


​Sunday Relax and Renew Series
On Sunday, April 26, 2026, we're kicking off the Relax and Renew workshop series. All of our members and personal training clients know there's no shortage of opportunities to train hard and do high-intensity workouts at Jiva. This series invites counterbalance through calming wellness modalities such as myofascial release, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and sound baths, just to name a few.

Our Mission
Jiva Fitness 2.0 (Jiva, for short, rhymes with diva) is a gym for every-BODY. We offer top-notch group fitness, personal training, massage, and other fitness options that allow you to be a mover for life. Jiva places great importance on community, diversity, making exercise fun, and making wellness options accessible to as many people as possible. We are an inclusive business, and our doors, classes, services, and special events are open to all.

We are not an open gym (one where you can walk in and work out on your own). We believe people achieve greater success when they have personalized attention and professional supervision. So, your experience at Jiva is tailored to support the achievement of your fitness goals.

All classes, workshops, personal training sessions, and massage appointments are booked online through the TeamUp app. Your first regularly-scheduled group fitness class is free. Why not jump in?
