To start you on the right path toward improved health and fitness, our trainers need to know details, such as medical health history, lifestyle, goals, and obstacles. With this information, we can make recommendations to help you reach your goals as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. We offer this 30-minute consultation for just $20 that is applied as a credit to your first training personal session.
