You’ve never accomplished so much in just 30 minutes! This action-packed athletic workout focuses on strengthening and defining the entire trunk of the body. You'll also get in some cardio!
MOSSA™ Group Groove
Like Zumba? You’ll love Groove! It’s a 30-minute cardio dance party featuring a mixture of dance styles. It will get your heart pumping and bring a smile to your face. Group Groove is appropriate for all levels.
MOSSA™ Group Power
Our most popular class! Get muscle and movement strong in this strength-training workout. Group Power also spotlights endurance, agility, balance, and real-life movements and is appropriate for all age and fitness levels.

Jiva Boot Camp
This 60-minute, metabolic workout consists of intervals of functional and athletic movements. It is a unique, fun, and demanding class designed to tax your cardiovascular capacity, but options allow everyone to participate and be successful.

Yoga Fusion
This full-body workout blends traditional, calming yoga poses with the intensity of strength training, functional movement, and core-focused exercises. It is appropriate for all levels.

Workshops and Events
